Sean Ashfield, Assurance Manager

Sean is a highly motivated and diligent Assurance Manager, focused on troubleshooting and driving excellence across single and multi-site operations.

With a background in PFI and FM, he possesses excellent interpersonal skills along with extensive experience and knowledge in health and safety, compliance, report writing, data analysis, and CAFM systems.

He joined the Resolis team at the end of 2023 from B38 Group/Bellrock, where he worked as a Project Manager responsible for internal audits across more than 100 healthcare, education, commercial, and office sites.

Sean has also managed FM operations at a regional cancer centre, a role that included holding responsibility for fire safety; serving as the Responsible Person (RP) for water; and acting as the Authorised Person (AP) for lifts and confined spaces.
