Shea Curran, Assistant SPV Manager

Shea joined the Resolis team in January 2025 as an Assistant SPV Manager, supporting the delivery and oversight of key PFI contracts across the portfolio.

With a strong grounding in facilities management and a keen understanding of operational delivery in complex environments, Shea brings both technical knowledge and a practical, solutions-focused approach to his role.

His background includes hands-on experience working within multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance, contract performance, and high-quality service delivery.

Shea is known for his proactive mindset, collaborative working style, and ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

At Resolis, Shea plays a key role in supporting senior SPV managers, contributing to risk management, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives across NHS and education sector projects.

In his spare time, Shea enjoys playing Gaelic Football & Hurling for his local GAA club. Away from sport, he enjoys spending time with his wife & daughter in the great outdoors.
