Stelios Kornaros, Finance Director

Stelios is a senior financial professional with extensive experience in PFI finance delivery. He is a BA / MSc (Distinction) Qualified Chartered Accountant with seven years PQE.

Before joining the team at Resolis, he worked for Infrastructure Managers Limited (IML) as an Interim Director of Finance, managing a team of ten finance and senior finance managers.

He has led the impact assessment for IFRS 9, IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 and overseen the implementation of a hedge accounting and swap valuation software for companies reporting under IFRS. He is experienced in implementing financial modelling changes for debt restructuring exercises and liaising with auditors through the statutory accounting process.

Prior to IML, Stelios worked for PwC within the assurance department in Edinburgh where he qualified with the ICAEW. Principle clients included PFI funds, national housebuilders and retail banks.

Stelios is the President of the ICAEW Members in Scotland Committee.
