Stelios Kornaros, Finance Director

Stelios is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Finance Director with over 15 years’ experience in the infrastructure sector, working with SPVs and investors across PFI/PPP concessions and renewables.

Joining Resolis at an early stage, he was responsible for building and developing the finance team, as well as overseeing IT and systems. He now leads a team of 32 finance professionals delivering financial services to more than 90 infrastructure assets, with a combined value exceeding £2bn.

As an Executive Director of Resolis, Stelios is a member of the Executive, Remuneration, and Risk & Resilience Committees. He also serves as Investment Director across a portfolio of 16 hydro run-of-river SPVs.

Prior to joining Resolis, Stelios worked for Infrastructure Managers Limited and PwC. He has also served as President and Board Member of ICAEW Members in Scotland.
