Stephen Frew, Finance Manager

Stephen joined the Resolis team as Finance Manager in October 2026, bringing over 35 years’ experience in financial management across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, manufacturing, leisure, education and professional services.

A CIMA-qualified finance professional, Stephen has held a number of senior Finance Manager and Finance Director roles throughout his career. He brings extensive experience in management and statutory reporting, financial forecasting and budgeting, cash flow management, commercial analysis and business process improvement.

Stephen has significant experience within the PFI sector, having provided Finance Manager services to a range of project companies. His responsibilities have included preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts; long-term financial projections and budgets for shareholders and funders; cash management and forecasting; board reporting; and liaison with external auditors.

Prior to joining Resolis, Stephen worked with Equitix Management Services, supporting a portfolio of PFI-related companies with statutory accounts, financial reconciliations and the review of financial forecasting models. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles across a range of organisations, developing particular expertise in improving financial systems, reporting and business processes.

Stephen is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA) and holds a BA (Honours) in Accountancy from the University of Stirling.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys golf, travel and walking.
