Stuart Cave, Assistant SPV Manager

Stuart is an experienced FM professional who joined the Resolis SPV team in January 2024 from Kier, where he was a Regional Manager.

As a Regional FM, he was responsible for overseeing Kier’s corporate estate and the delivery of hard and soft FM in the North, Midlands, South-West and Wales.

With significant experience in client liaison, asset management, budget planning, risk assessment, pre-planned maintenance and reactive works delivery, Stuart is adaptable and confident working in a high-pressure environment.
