Thomas Friel, SPV Manager

Thomas is a highly skilled Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience with major building contractors and working in a leading consultancy practice.

For the last 10 years, he’s primarily focused on PFI projects in the education sector, and he joined the Resolis team from O’Hare and McGovern Limited, where he was responsible for the SPV Management of 10 schools across 7 PFI contracts.

His ability to read, understand and manage all aspects of PFI contracts is combined with a strong understanding of legislation, guidance and the complex PFI environment across both the public and private sectors.

In his spare time, Thomas enjoys Gaelic football, music and reading. He is also passionate about both History and Geography and this has led to him travelling extensively through Europe, Africa and South America.
