Our history has been extremely complex and fraught at times and Resolis’ contribution to getting the PFI arrangement working effectively should be applauded. In all the stress, we've found them reasonable and outcome-focused at all times. Without compromising their position they've engaged with us, been approachable and focussed on solutions. The project team have borne very difficult circumstances with good humour and it’s remarkable where we are today given the polarised positions that existed.

We've only been working with Rachel, Des and the Resolis team for a few months now but their expertise and professionalism has shone through in that short time. Things were in a state of flux and they've stepped in and steadied the ship. They've helped us tweak services to better protect the investment, ramped up performance and influenced the introduction of a number of positive changes across the site.

Resolis have gone above and beyond in making sure our sites are as safe as possible. They ensured that we have been able to remain open as we continued to struggle from the impact of COVID and the need for many of our teams to self-isolate over the last 5 months or so. Their hard work and support have been greatly appreciated by our FM team.
